  1. America fueled its Industrial Revolution with coal, so nobody should
    criticize
    China for burning coal if it betters the lives of its citizens. However it
    is fine
    that China utilizes wind as alternative energy source. I feel joy that
    China and
    India prosper if their citizens are enjoying better lives. ITS THEIR TURN!

  2. I interviewed with a Chinese wind turbine manufacturer in BJ.
    The company was located in Shenyang.
    They were keen to start exporting but it was the local market that
    sustained them.
    kai Pu: Your comment is stupid as clearly this company was prepared to
    pollute the local environment to service both local and foreign markets.
    Just like Detroit really!

  12. I don’t trust China to build Nuclear Power Plants around the world, Chinas
    track record of good quality engineering is poor. China use cheap parts
    that break easily.

    coal’s use is diminishing as the world is switching to natural gas. And
    that’s why coal’s use will continue to diminish.
