  1. well if u would get lemon juice and garlic (canned and minced) u could make greek chicken… u put the chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet and put garlic on it and drip lemon juice on it and stick it in the oven for 1-3 hours depending on how hot u heat the oven…

  2. Hope the following recipe helps 😉 My neighbor has been making this for her family for years, and I had to have the recipe after trying it!

    CHICKEN PARMESAN

Mix equal parts instant potato flakes and parmesan cheese. Add garlic powder to taste. Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg or mayonnaise, then roll in the potato flake/parmesan mixture. Place in a greased baking pan, drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

The “something with a bunch of holes” is more than likely a broiler pan top, which you do not want to use unless it is on a sided baking pan, or the drippings will cause a problem in the bottom of the oven. You can place the prepared chicken on a baking sheet (can spray with a little non-stick spray or lightly oil), or even put the chicken on the broiler topper to keep it away from rendered fat, and place that on the baking sheet. No foil is needed, but it does aid in keeping your baking pan/sheet clean.
