Question by Hassan Farooque Ahmed: what is the normal SG PT level in broiler chicken liver?
SG PT levels in the liver increases above normal due to stress factors like feed, disease etc. Hence, I want to know the normal value to correlate with stress factors.

  1. that only changes in a living creature. by the time a chicken’s liver is removed, all trauma and stress is over and done with and any SGPT levels are constant. I doubt there is even a “normal” SGPT/SGOT level for chicken livers!
