What are these worms in my bed?

Worms have already begun migrating out of their bedding to the second tray with the food scraps!

Question by lokasjoa: What are these worms in my bed?
I know I have seen alot of questions on the net regarding this same subject. I Removed my sons bed sheet this morning, and saw these really tiny worms, black mostly with a slight white flange at the end of them. I am trying to take pics now but dont know how to link them just yet. What are these anyway? Little freaked out
