  2. The fish farms themselves can damage a area of coastline by the space they take up.
    also seals will break into some fish farms in Shetland (part of the uk) and the fish farmers there are allowed to kill them if they even get close to the fish farm as just seeing a seal close by can shock the fish.
    and at the moment it isn’t really done on a large enough scale to feed too many people, plus it is very well managed and sophisticated so poor nations wouldn’t benefit from it much as it is easier and much cheaper for them to go fishing normally.
