For use in any polytunnel, greenhouse or garden, whatever the size. This trickle irrigation system or soaker hose releases water directly to the roots for no evaporation and fewer waterings. It can be cut to size and works on sloping areas.   1. Using the trickle irrigation with tomatoes - which ever method you use really – in the height of the growing season feed your tomatoes weekly. If, for example, you have a water bag trickle system, no matter how many times you fill it – add feed once a week. Tomatoes are hungry plants and need lots of nutrients, use tomato feed at the right concentration ( read the bottle). Do this as soon as you see tomatoes on the plant!
