Local people in Headingly have become members of Swillington Organic Farm’s CSA. This video hears from the farmers about how easy it is to run and the difference it makes to their business. Also, CSA members discuss their appreciation of the high quality organic meat, which they collect at the farmers market each month. Members pay for their meat six months in advance, giving the farmer a secure income and money for feed and butchery costs in advance.
