  1. Gabi, Great job!! You got the best around for your interview!! Its fun to get into cooking with organics and get creative with spices and new combinations of foods. Love the idea of being midwives and husbands for the earth!!

  2. Loved neon highlight man…. man!

    There are a lot of farms in PA moving to organic farming. Just down the road where I live is a young man who started organic dairy and beef farming about three years ago. Cattle naturally eat grass. Many farmers feed corn to fatten them up quickly. He also is working with manure management (I know that stinks but it is a fact of farming).

    I don’t know if everything can be organic but we sure can make improvements.
