Thanks. I can alot of tomatoe juice but have never canned tomateo soup. one
recipe I found used 1/4 cup lemon juice. with the same recipe you use. I
peal my tomatoes first. it takes more time but I don’t have as much wast.
also I use 1/2 kosher salt and 1/2 lawry’s seasond salt in the Juice I
make. + the Lemon and it is very good.
