  6. He he. I forgot about the oil, and used 4 different kinds of wholemeal flour (one of them rye, but average 15-16 % protein in total) aaaaaaaaaaaand it didn’t rise. Could be my yeast too. I ended up making wonderful wholemeal tortillas with the dough though. Nothing wasted! Note to self: follow titli’s recipe to word 🙂

  11. Possibly. The flour needs to be the type for bread-making and have a high gluten content. I use a dried yeast which is especially for hand bread making, not bread machines.

  21. You can use whole wheat flour, and probably spelt flour too.

  22. I have no idea about the Ninja kitchen system! The dough needs to be springy. If it does that in 10 minutes then fine, if not process it some more.

  23. oh and another question.>> so I would put it in my dough machine again to give it a 5 minutes kneading? .Also can I use spelt flour or whole wheat flour instead? ( I probably should have watched the whole video and asked all my questions in one comment)

  24. A question>>> I recently got a dough maker. so when you say ten minutes of kneading should I let the dough maker on for ten minutes? or would it be less in the machine. Please do answer .just for the reference I got the ninja kitchen system and that makes the dough pretty fast . Thanks in advance!!!
