  1. @dustycajungirl Wrong. Those are the ones who are done serving their term of screwing you. They are getting off the ride early, because they have fulfilled what they came to do. In some cases, they’re getting out before the public figures out what they’ve done. NONE of them are friendly. The people running this country into the ground got kicked out of 84 countries 109 times since 250 A.D. for wrecking nations. Why is it you didn’t already know this? 2. Funny. All this shit just passed will make his life a hell of a lot harder. MORE legislation is not the answer. SMART legislation is.

The big food corps won a HUGE victory with these lame duck sumbags and this shitwanked president.

Good job. Less good food because we backed people who want to consolidate power. Who knew consolidating power in a centralized government would be bad for our health? Look at all the times it’s worked in the past! Look at how many people Mao fed!

  3. @kosrebelyell

Anyone who wants to be president or Senator or Congressperson should not be endorsed by anyone.

  6. Gosh, Obama was just running for office back when he was invited. Joel speaks with many high level corp and politician types. Grass roots change works but so does top down change. If Obama’s favorite hambuger joint (Ray’s Hell Burger) used grassfed beef, imagine the kind of impact that would have on the local economies selling grass fed beef.

  9. No, I don’t believe President Obama has visited Polyface yet. I do know Oprah wanted Joel on her program, but the timing was tight and he chose not to go through the expense and trouble of getting Skype loaded to do it. He’s not overly impressed by fame, that’s for sure. His words get out none-the-less. I admire him. He’s not always looking for the next marketing angle.

  13. I approve. Obama should bring awareness to where food comes from. He’s doing good work through his wife (White House garden) but to my knowledge his probe into altering food policy failed without the general public noticing.

Right now, America is consumed in this struggle over Health care, which is just a bandaid for unhealthy eating and unhealthy food provision. **End rant**

I say all the Obamas should visit Polyface, really hit the point that the family can be the core of healthy eating.

  14. When campaigning Obama’s staff wanted to get a tour of Polyface. Joel told them, sure, if you bring the big guy. We need awareness at all levels of our countries’ government. I hope Obama visits Joel.

  15. You must ask yourself, why some senators are resigning at this point Undoubtedly it has gotten to the point that they really can’t make a difference What is in motion they cannot stop and no longer what to be a part of it. That is how I see it!
