Is broiler chicken safe for health?

Looking for tasty morsels of grass and bug. In the next 3 minutes I witnessed 2 games of keep away, once with a small slug and once with a worm.

Question by Rauf: Is broiler chicken safe for health?
I have heard lot about broiler chicken that it is not safe for health because bringing up of broiler chicken is not natural. Broiler Chicken have some diseases like joints problem in legs and and also heart problems. What do you think about this?
