  18. just curious, but why not use a Pate a Choux recipe? is there a difference
    in taste you were going for with the bread dough? it just made me think of
    profiteroles, which i LOVE to make and eat!

  23. Love your videos.. 🙂 I just wanna know this pastry cream has egg yolks
    while the pastry cream you showed for the fruit tart has whole eggs.. Is
    there any particular reason for it? or can we just either put yolks or
    whole eggs??
