  1. It’s over 20 years old and has seen snow almost every year and still
produces an abundance of ripe tasty medium-large figs every summer. I’m the
only person who cares about the tree but live in germany so when I visit in
the summer I cane all the figs to myself. It’s about 14ft tall and 10ft
    wide. 🙂

  2. A lot of your seedlings are stretching for light, which could lead to
problems when transplanting outside. Also i suggest you feed them a
phosphate solution to increase there cell strength and install a fan for
    air circulation.

  3. I just put them in bigger pots and a place with more light as you wrote
    that. 🙂

  4. I looooove growing different varieties, too. I appreciate the
recommendation for where to get seeds. Can’t wait to see the follow-up
video out in the garden. I know you are only a couple of hours away from
me, so our climates are pretty similar, so I wanted to offer a variety
suggestion. If you haven’t tried the Cream of Saskatchewan watermelon, I
    highly suggest it.

  5. hey I tried to eat a primarily fruit diet for a while but I seemed to be
wearing down my tooth enamel and making my teeth really sensitive. any idea
    about that?

  6. I heard if you eat raw you won’t get high. You got any seeds, lol I don’t
know if I believe that, though. 😛

  9. I think most of them are heirloom tomatoes.

  10. Flat head pink monster. Sounds like it was named by a little kid with a big
    imagination.

  13. Wow, you don’t even need to bring it in when it gets cold? That’s awesome.
There is a fig tree called the “Chicago Fig” I’ve been looking into getting
and I hear it handles the cold pretty good, too.

  15. Thank you for the tips! I’ll put it in the description so more people can
see it. I put my fan today for them. Can I get the phosphate solution at
    the hardware store?

  17. Yeah, I just ate a watermelon, threw the seeds down, kick some dirt on
them, and to surprise I’d say almost everyone sprouted in my compost pile
in my back yard…and even had a few grow and ate one. It was really good,
    too.

  20. Nice stuff! At my parents house in south england they have a fig tree which
produces an abundance of figs every year and stays in the garden with ZERO
    maintenance.

  22. Nice man, how did it turn out? I’m heading to the heirloom expo in Santa
Rosa, CA in a few weeks… I think we did 160-170 tomato plants this year.
Also you should look at becoming a member of the seed saver exchange if you
    haven’t already.

  23. Well, I hope not. 😉 On a serious note there are some people who are
    allergic to tomatoes.

  24. Could be a lot of things. However, I would stay clear of making sour citrus
fruits, dried fruits and unripen fruits as a staple. Make sure to floss and
brush your teeth (but not after citrus right away…the acidity with the
brushing can strip the enamel off the teeth). I think a preference for
meals instead of constant snacking is better for the teeth, too. Hope that
    helps.
