  3. I do the same except I add sauteed shallot and some honey (or sugar) to the
    wine as it reduces. It’s also good on pork medallions.

    show you how to cook something, and all that happend was the meat was cut

  5. Agreed. All this ass did was pour wine over some herbs in a pan, over
    NOTHING in a pot. Shit, he didn’t even really reduce it, because it sounded
    like he said the pot (family portion) would take an hour to reduce. What a
    crappy video.
