  1. Yes, its part of permaculture. buy this book by John Jeavons called (long title!) “How to grow more Vegetables (and fruits, nuts, berries, grains, and other crops) than you ever thought possible on less land than you can Imagine”.
I love this book, it has helped me with my garden so much!!
I got it from Barnes and Noble for $ 20. It is very easy to follow and it doesn’t take long to read!
    good luck!
