Nope. Same way farming and hunting aren’t the same.

Aquaculture = “fish” (& shellfish) culture. Fisheries also includes harvesting of wild stocks.

No, they are not the same.
Aquaculture – the collection and selling of products from the sea (like fish and shellfish)
Fishery – areas where people raise fish and shellfish to be sold to the public so they don’t hurt the natural environment
