  1. BBQ Chicken Wings:

Now you can enjoy the flavors of an outdoor barbecue all year round. Serve with coleslaw, biscuits, or bread, or try the wings alone as a tasty appetizer.

    16 chicken wings
    1/2 cup kethup
    1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    Dash hot-pepper sauce, optional

    1. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and add ketchup, low-sodium soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, and a dash of hot-pepper sauce, if desired; mix well, turning chicken wings several times to be sure they’re completely coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.

    2. Preheat the broiler and broil the chicken wings for about 20 minutes, flipping them over halfway through cooking to brown both sides.

Yield: 4 Servings (serving size: 4 wings)

  2. How about Terriyaki wings? Marinate in Soy Vay terriyaki sauce or any other good brand and bake.

My husband also makes a “Chicken wing scampi” … He coats the wings in seasoned flour, deep fries them, then tosses them in a butter, garlic, lemon and parsley sauce.

  3. Pineapple chicken wings

2-1/2 lb. split chicken wings, tips removed
2 cans (8 oz. each) pineapple tidbits
1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Place chicken wing pieces in greased 13×9-inch baking pan. Bake 30 min.
DRAIN pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Mix barbecue sauce, pineapple and reserved juice; add to pan with chicken, stirring well to coat.
BAKE 30 min. more or until well browned and sauce is thickened

    or

    ginger spiced buffalo wings

    1/4 cup sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
    2 tsp. ground ginger
2 lb. chicken wings, separated at joints, tips removed
3/4 cup BULL’S-EYE Raging Buffalo Barbecue Sauce
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions

COMBINE oil, garlic salt, pepper and ginger in large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with the oil mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 15 min., turning occasionally. Brush lightly with some of the barbecue sauce. Continue grilling 4 to 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing frequently with the remaining barbecue sauce.
PLACE chicken on serving platter; sprinkle with the onions.

I always serve these with french fries or potato wedges. ENJOY
