Where can I find Oregon beekeeping laws or requirements?

Question by Todd Fitz Gerald: Where can I find Oregon beekeeping laws or requirements?
My neighbor is preparing to harvest bee pollen and I’m allergic to bee stings. I’m concerned that this could be a problem. I’m not sure what can be done?
