my neigbor raises honey bees my son keeps getting stung anything i can do leagally or should i just punch him?

i just bought the house 3 weeks ago and i did nt realize my neigbor sold honey…lol..my son is six and has never been stung until we moved in here 3 times in 3 weeks we live in pa in a township…anything i can do legally …cause i m ready to just punch him in the head and say that s probbally about what a bee sting feels like to a 6 year old
