How to raise Queen bees?

Our yard is getting cleaned up, but that whole raised area around the pine tree is rotting wood and yard debris which isn’t even safe to walk on.

You can see the big chunks of wood that we were in the process of removing before we disturbed the bee’s nest in the hill.

how can i raise only queen bees without them fighting or killing each other?
