What does the Aquaculture: Starter Kit 29 Home Aquarium include in the kit and how much does it cost?

In Iceland we have been trying to build up aquaculture. Some of it have been working very well but some of it not. About 50km from Reykjavik is this monument somewhere in the middle of nowhere representing dreams that never came true.

Okay so my parents don’t want me to buy a 55 gallon tank so i decided to lower it to a 29 gallon tank and there is this great kit in walmart but i dont know how much does it cost and i don’t know what it has on the kit so plz anyone who has seen this kit or bought it plz tell me
