Im starting a farm for personal use and possibly sale of castings and worms. Ive heard of different methods, such as worm towers, bins and in the ground. What is the most efficient method for fast growing and ease of harvesting castings and worms?

An old casket makes a great bin. coffee grounds and compost make good dirt. Leave the lid just wedged up a tad for air circulation.
