  3. It’s crazy I used to not like eggs all that much but now I have my own
    chickens at home…BEST most flavorful buttery tasting nutritious delicious
    bright orange eggs ever! U haven’t tried an egg till you’ve tried a truly
    fresh pastured egg. 🙂

  6. the difference you see probably has to do with age. eggs from the grocery
    store are usually much older than those purchased directly from a farm. the
    fresher egg the tighter the white will be. you could also compare them by
    placing them in water. the older the egg the more the large end of the egg
    will float. a fresh egg will lie flat under water.

  7. I’m glad you posted this, been trying to explain the integrity thing to
    people and they don’t believe it because they are so used to watery eggs.

  8. The difference is really how long the egg has been stored. Not where it
    comes from. Repeat the experiment with two eggs that have been picked at
    the same time and you will see no difference. This video really tells how
    fresh the egg is.
