Question by kaingirls: people using chicken feed?
ive heard about thin people who want to put on weight using chicken feed, ive heard a lot of jamacians have used this method to put on weight is this true

  1. I don’t know what Jamaicans eat to put on weight, I do know that your metabolism is responsible for your how quickly you burn energy which has a direct effect on your weight. Your genetics control your metabolism. Genetics are the key, you can eat a lot and just burn it off, or you can eat a lot and put on weight. I really doubt eating chicken feed, which if full of chemicals to make chickens fat for slaughter may NOT be good for human consumption. I would leave chicken feed to the chickens.

  2. Whether or not it’s true, chicken feed is not human food and may be toxic due to additives. If you are worried about being underweight, consult your doctor. If you are a teenager, then skinny is what you naturally are at the moment. It will all change later.
