  4. LOL, it is the Victorinox Cimeter with rosewood handle, I actually split a
composite cutting board in half by accident the other day with it.

  5. It was good! We use a rotational food storage system so it was about 6
months before we got to these after we made the vid. Best Wishes! –Nate

  6. Medium to Mild, I would say adding 1 or maybe 2 Cayenne peppers would make
it a true medium salsa. Thanks for Watching!

  8. Yep, (in my opinion) needs to be cooked first, to kill whatever bacteria or
whatever might be living on it, and to concentrate the acidity. Thanks!

  9. This looked really nice and easy to make. Would you classify your recipe as
mild, medium or hot salsa? If it’s mild about how much peppers would you
    add to make it medium?

  11. I was wondering if you have to cook the tomatoes to can them? We just put
all the ingredients for the salsa in food processor without peeling the
tomatoes and eat. Can I just make it all in the food processor then at room
temp put in the hot jars?

  14. You could eat it right away if you wanted, but the flavors will blend
together and make a really consistent salsa after a week or two.

  21. I was wondering about comments and swords and when I went back to look
there was the husband dicing with a sword. Im still laughing. Also I liked
the dog drinking water in the background noise. Just like my house, except
Id be stepping on dogs. Thank you for the video. Ive never canned tomatoes
but I am now going to try, with a smaller knife.

  23. Yeah, we have made salsas from scratch too, but it just turns into a
hassle. I think we have canned a little over 60lbs of tomatoes this year,
and have used another 30lbs for other non-canning things. We are starting
to get really tomato-ed out : haha
