  1. @Naviti7 Yeast gives your bread its lift, however if you let it rise too
    much you will lose your gluten and your bread will go flat and be very hard.

  2. @beautyblogs This mixer is the 7 quart Viking. We love it we use it almost
    everyday. We bought it online several years ago. I don’t remember where,
    but you can find them just about any where.

  5. @04Z06RACER They are both great machines! We just opted for the viking
    because it had the largest bowl at the time.

  8. @zenawanabe It is actually 4 to 5 cups depending on how well the liquid is
    absorbed, if your dough is too wet add that extra cup.
