  7. I’ve been using my coffee grinder for flour for years. The minuscule amount
    of residual coffee doesn’t effect the flour and vice versa. Thanks for
    posting this reduced gluten recipe!

  9. Nope, the quinoa flour doesn’t have gluten, so the bread won’t rise. It
    will be a very heavy bread. Steve the Bread GUy

  13. A suggestion for making your baguettes: if you make the slashes at a much
    lower angle (nearly straight down the middle, but not quite), you’ll get
    more opening in the oven, and in my opinion, a much better look. The beet
    water you mentioned is also very effective at coloring 100% whole wheat
    bread.

  15. I’m excited to try this. I often substitue 2 cups of oat flour that I make
    in my blender in my bread. Surprisingly a household blender will turn
    rolled oats into a very powdery flour.

  20. Did you ever try to use sweet rice and brown rice flour ? My grandson has
    allergy with gluten and wheat…..poor kid! What if I mix rice flour and
    sweet rice flour….just wonder….

  23. Did it ever cross your brain that people watching your video might have
    celiac!!!!! so discovering 6:47 min into your video that you use wheat
    flour in the mix really makes me think you have a thick brain
