    NUTS! At first I thought you said 3 lbs and I was like DAMN! Then when you
    said 10 lbs my jaw dropped! LOL

  3. ECP, where do you store the mixture while it ferments? does it matter if
    it’s in the light or not? also you mentioned that it could turn to vinegar
    and turn back, if it turns how long does it take it turn back to wine?
    Thanks for posting, I think I will give it a go. Cute grandson btw.

  4. Awesome stuff, just like brewing shine… 1 small question: why so much
    sugar? Won’t it be to sweet or is it just for fermenting?

    And after it has sat for 30 days, what’s the next step? Is it cooking and
    caching the vapors? That would be like shine or am i a little offchart
