  1. Great job….i would love to know a few things. 1: What is the web site for
the correct guts for the Alt.. 2: Can you use the AC from the ALT without
the regulator turning it to DC… Seems odd that the Alt creates AC the Reg
turns to Dc and then you have a Inverter to get back to AC. 3: Do you have
a video on a 3 or 4 blade unit. 4: Was that a beer in the Part 3 video next
    to the blade…LOL Great job……

  6. Great job! You run the complete “circuit” of what a builder might
need/consider, unlike other videos that focus on one component. THX!

  8. @jeffmolly1 There are these spammers stealing video of home wind and
posting their bogus wind generator plans all over. If they steal your
stuff, report them and have them banned, it’s called DMCA, look it up. They
can’t steal others work, it’s illegal and against YouTube terms of service
agreement. Report Them when they steal video or images like that.

  10. FWIW: your (great!) description results in a counter-clock-wise turning
propeller. Swap the ‘diagonal’ line to create a clock-wise turning
    propeller.

  11. Very nice instructions. Thinking about trying it myself. Robbie- the
problem with not converting it to DC first is that is the batteries are DC
and require a DC source to charge them. I am curious if you can use the
original alternator guts and use a rectifier to convert to DC rather than
pulling the power off the unit as DC…

  19. I dont get it! Ive done LOTS of research on these.Looking @ Pro modles &
doit myself plans. SHOCKED @ the cost of professional modles! Crazy! If our
governments truly wanted us to reduce our energy dependance or “save the
planet”, they should and very well “could” subsudize such things. Just a
15% reduction in Gas companies federal tax breaks, could offset the retail
price on these by approximatly 60% for every home within the Canada, (not
sure how the math wrks for USA).Are they just stupid?!!!

  24. As an alternator connected directly to the car body and generates pvc
current, if the RPM of the alternator are connected to as many low-RPM
generator power. Thank you and congratulations. very interesting.
