How many chickens does a chicken or regular farm (crop growing farm) normally have at a time?

Well, it depends on the farm but i assume you mean that generic cow, pig, chicken farm. The generic white chicken you usually have 5-10 chickens and 1 or 2 cockerels.

Very few “regular” farms have chickens anymore. If they do it is probably just 10 or so, just like most backyard chicken keepers. It’s just not economically viable for small time farmers to keep chickens to sell to the public anymore, if they have them it is just for the family. A broiler chicken farm will have groups of several thousand and keep them for about 8 weeks before slaughter. A layer chicken farm can also have thousands of birds but will keep them for up to 2 years.

it depends on how big the farm is, and for what purpose are the chickens for.
