A simple tamari, maple, sesame, garlic sauce and a quick broil and this dish of faux chicken was ready to go. There was the simple matter of figuring out where the broiler was on Kjersten’s stove, but once I figured out that I had the "chicken" in the warming drawer and the mee in the broiler (achieving the exact opposite effect with each dish as I had intended) things were easily remedied. It pays to not assume that your stove is laid out like everyone else’s stove.
