Question by King Puma I: How do chickens and turkeys manage to get along?
I dunno, I just wondered how their owners manage to raise them together without them fighting each other or getting in each others’ way.

They don’t tend to fight if they have adequate room. If their allowed to roam free the turkey will stick with the turkeys and the chickens with the chickens. If they are confined in too small an area they will fight. The fewer the tom turkeys the less chances of fighting between the two and the same goes for roosters but to a lesser extent.

They don’t interbreed.
The fighting is usually done over breeding competition intrasex seniority.
