  1. The Dollar General stores have their garden stuff and seeds on clearance too. Picked up some a couple of weeks ago. Couple of packages turned out to be heirlooms.

  3. We should check closer to the end of canning season to see if the items are being marked down now that I think about it.

  4. I saw that thing about the dogs too. Can you imagine if people were hungry how much of a problem abandoned pets would be? Here on craigslist people are constantly listing all kinds of animals for free now, expensive breeds and even livestock. And the restaurants here are like that too, people are oblivious to what is happening in our nation. God bless Rick.

  6. That’s great Paula! I haven’t found any jars on sale here. I have been scouting Lowe’s, since they haven’t marked down their stuff yet.

  9. Hi: Do I remember you doing a video like this last year. I can’t believe another year is gone. I just read there are 50,000 abandoned dogs roaming the streets of Detroit. If a pack of these dog attack a person they might be lunch. My town population 8.203 Big Lots closed. But we have over 1400 motel rooms, all Restaurants Brands and at least 9 banks. If you go to Applebee in the summer any day at 6:00 P.M it’s 20 minute wait at least. If you are laughing I understand. It’s all about location.

  10. Lol, well the middle one is being smart going for welding now onto horticulture/landscaping using my VA benefits and her Pell grants she will owe nothing. Cab fare aka Daddy’s Taxi Service, room and board might be costing her a little but hey that’s life.

  19. I was just thinking about doing a video like this. Picked up a bunch of seeds for Rite Aid for 75% off. Decided I should go back and get some more, but the seed display no longer existed. A lesson to me to grab them when that grabbing’s good–don’t procrastinate! 🙂
