  4. Wow! Thanks for the super quick and detailed reply. I know there’s a lot of
us from “Farangland” that get that message about clean wholesome produce.
Hopefully the Thais will catch on soon

  8. Hi the local Thai people love the fresh fish .. and a few get the non
carcinogenic idea.. but my market is mostly foreign owned restaurants and
ex-pat’s with a taste for chemical free “Super-Naturally Grown” food that
tastes great .. those I have a line up and waiting list for … I don’t
bother with the large locally owned hotels as the accountants only care
about the price.. Some of the foreign owned ones are OK … but are also
    seasonal….

  12. James, knowing the Thais as i do, and their dislike of spending too much
money, what kind of returns do you get on your produce? But, as you are
growing a premium, organic, quality product, you would expect a bit of a
premium price, naturally. But, do the locals turn their noses up at
anything more costly than the pesticide ridden “talad quality” stuff that
they are used to buying. Or are you, in fact, beating them off with a
stick, such is the demand for your produce? Nice Setup BTW
