  3. you don’t need to empty the mixer you can fil it with silage even if all
    the bales make it say 100%

  6. Yeah I know, its just I’m so used to the generic term “hay bale” I use it
    broadly, though I shouldn’t, sorry if I confused some people

  15. You can pick up only the silage with the feeder or use a front loader to
    pick up the silage and then put it in the feeding trough 🙂

  21. It’s easier to put 1 hay bale and 1 straw bale, and then fill the rest with
    silage. You’re pretty much wasting a bale everytime if you do it like the
    video shows

  22. I only figured that out after doing the video, that is my main use for it
    now, and I use the Krone in the Biogas plant, which is covered in that
    video

  23. I figured out u can buy a grass trailer that sucks up the grass and then
    you can back the trailer up to the cows by the slurry tank and dump

  24. Either cut grass or buy the Krone Big X harvester which cuts grass and
    maize into chaff 🙂
