  5. How much wind does this generate? Is it by volume or wind speed? Can it at
    least create 40mph winds?

  6. I have a question. Can I use the 24 volt electric motor from an electric
scooter to make a windmill. If I spin the electric scooter motor will it
put out power ?. The scooter I have is powered by two 12 volt batteries
which gives 24 volts to the motor. Kevin
