  3. Made these the other night and they are soooo good, just tried one. The
only thing is when I was done processing them in the hot water bath I heard
the jars popping, as if the lids were popping up. This scared me enough
that when they cooled down I just put them in the refrigerator , just in
case I did something wrong as this was my first try at canning.

to me is an awesome food! Ever do cabbage, oh yum. As long as those lids go
    down your in business.

  6. Thanks for making it so simple I am going to try this. I was wondering how
tight do you put the lids on? You said “Housewife tight” but I am not sure
    how that is, LOL!

  10. Cool. Looks Great. You can also pickle green beans with that same brine,
dill and garlic. The call them Dilly Beans around here. They are super
    fabulous.

  11. So is the brine just water? You didnt mention if there was any vinegar in
it. To the best of my knowledge its just water. Whats the brine recipe?
Water, garlic cloves, dill and pepper corn? Do you put any salt in it?
Details details! Need a complete video with all the details in it.

  20. Because the jar is under pressure during the water bath, the brine is
pushed into the cucumber, and I start eating them right away, and they’re
delicious. However letting them sit for a week or two or three or four is
the bomb also. I just opened a jar from a 2011 batch and they’re the
absolute bomb. Still crispy and hella dilly. Yer gonna love these pickles.
