I know that this breed of goat is mainly a meat goat, but can you milk a Fainting Goat?

A Myotonic (fainting) goat will produce milk, only after kidding of course, but it tends to produce it “on demand” of the kid as opposed to a regular flow. Also, it has very compact udders which makes it a difficult breed to milk commercially. Additionally, the feed to milk ratio is very poor which is why it is a breed that has never had dairy applications. Given all of this, you might not want to put in all the energy and time it takes to get a very small quantity of milk.
As a side note, some people who breed the Tennessee Meat Goat (yet another name for the same breed), go through the effort of extracting milk but they don’t use it for consumption but rather process it into goat milk soap, considered by some to be a luxurious bath accessory.

Of course you can, you just won’t get much milk. A good dairy goat can give as much as a couple of gallons a day while I think you’d do very well to get a quart and you’d probably only get it for 3 or 4 months before the goat would dry off. A good dairy goat will milk for years.
